Omelette is a sun-drenched, golden and deeply contented surreal collage art print that answers the question every person who has ever stood at a hob on a cold morning has secretly asked, what if the eggs were warm enough to lie in?, with the only possible response: a woman in a yellow bikini, tanned, dark hair fanned out, arms spread wide, reclining in a large stainless steel frying pan of scrambled eggs floating in deep black space, star points scattered across the cosmos behind her, with the complete, serene composure of someone who has found the perfect spot in the entire universe and has absolutely no intention of moving. The eggs are golden, bubbling gently at the edges, the texture warm and sunny and perfectly cooked. The pan is professional, heavy bottomed, sitting on a black hob. At the top of the frame, a hand grips the pan handle, someone is at the stove, someone is cooking this and she is either entirely unaware or has considered the situation and decided that the eggs are worth it.
