The MRCOOL UHK20 Electric Heat Kit is the top-output auxiliary heating option for the Universal Series lineup. Designed for installations that demand serious electric backup heat, the 20kW capacity ensures rapid temperature recovery and stable heating performance when outdoor conditions are at their harshest.
According to the Universal Series Heat Kit specifications, the UHK20 uses dual circuit breakers, four heating relays, and multiple power cord groups to safely handle the higher electrical load. It mounts directly inside approved Universal air handlers and connects using the included wiring diagram and hardware, making it a clean, integrated solution for residential or light commercial systems that need maximum auxiliary heat capacity.
