Artist's Inspiration: Looking out from my art studio over my property in the Byron Bay Hinterland to the Uralba Valley, these stunning trees - Pawlonia - with their beautiful pink hues through spring and summer, drop their petals to create an incredible pink carpet (similar to a Jacaranda tree) which looks stunning. Deciduous, their branches through Autumn and Winter are equally beautiful. Looking out my window at this scene, it's extra magic at dusk, with the sun setting opposite.
