By making the suspension and the body one BOX like a subframe, it made direct and stable maneuverability possible.
First of all, CAE analysis of the body is carried out, designing by SPOON original design and development method, based on it, designing a special press mold by 3 dimensional CAD, cutting by the machining center.
The material is usually 2 mm thick JSC 780 ultra high tension material which is adopted only for the framework of the chassis, and it was molded by 800 t hydraulic press.
