Underneath the sleek textile cover of the cap are a tough HDPE shell and a lightweight EPP impact liner designed to allow for flexibility and comfort for the wearer.

Weighing in at 135g, the HardCap Aerolite is exceptionally light while not compromising on performance. The cap is available in blue and black, with a short peak of 5cm. Wear the bump cap with the peak facing forward, adjusted to fit your head with the fastening at the rear. To further improve your safety, large reflective areas on the cover's side panels and reflective piping around the peak provide extra visibility in low-light conditions.

The bump cap cover has large open weave panels that allow for the easy transfer of cool air, reducing heat build-up and discomfort, especially if you plan to wear your cap over long periods. The padding in the cap is replaceable, and the comfort pad and sweatband are moisture-wicking, moving sweat away from the skin. The sweatband and padding are Polygiene-treated, reducing skin irritation, odours, and the need for washing, prolonging the lifetime of the fabric.
