Picked early in the season to when the fruit flavours were just right. The grapes were left on their skins for minimal hours to draw out a soft pink hue before being gently pressed. After the juice settled, it was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruits flavour and freshness. Once fermentation was complete, the wine underwent stabilisation, filtration, and meticulous preparation for bottling.
Food Pairing: Our Rosé pairs well with classic summer dishes making it simply perfect for those lighter evenings around the BBQ.
