Our EarthGarden Organic Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of passionfruit, ripe citrus and subtle herbs that leap from the glass. The flavours on the palate are a medley of fresh herbs and juicy fruit. The zesty acidity drives mineral-like textures and a long persistent finish.
Low rainfall over winter and cooler weather at flowering resulted in reduced crop yield for the 2024 harvest. The growing season progressed with Marlborough's classic dry conditions, warm days and cool nights. The idyllic weather and low crops produced pristine grapes with concentrated flavours and fresh acidity.
Our key focus is to be environmentally responsible and to operate using sustainable practices in order to protect the land for future generations. The EarthGarden vineyards are vibrant gardens alive with wildflowers and full of life.
