These laser-engraved slate tile plaques can be displayed indoors or outdoors on an acrylic stand at funerals, resting at our loved ones' grave sites, marking a planted tree in the memory of their lives, and can be displayed in many more ways. What is included: 
This listing is for One laser-engraved slate memorial plaque (plaques are coated for indoor/outdoor use).
This item is laser engraved on one side only. 
The slate tile includes padded feet to protect your surfaces.

A 4" in-house laser cut stand will be available for an additional cost. Upon purchase please select yes or no if you would prefer a stand or not.

Slate Size: 11.8" x 7.8"
Slate is a naturally porous rock. Due to the natural state of the slate, flaking may occur on the edges (this is normal). The surface of the slate will not be a flat surface due to its natural rocky texture.

Personalization:
Please select your design style first and then in the personalization box provided include the name and dates you wish to be engraved.
If you choose to work with our shop on a custom design, please select that option and send us a message including details of your custom design. We will be happy to work with you.

Keep in mind, the personalization font size will slightly vary depending on the length of the names & dates in order to properly fit within the design selected. If there are any significant changes such as names that need to be displayed within 2 lines instead of one, we will message you first to ensure you are ok with that design change. Otherwise we will assume slight changes in font size will be accepted.
