The ring’s opal was clearly chosen for its cosmic color pattern with swirling blues, greens, and turquoise hues. The stone is very vibrant, and seems to have movement within it, as if it consisted of a molten material still taking form. The bezel setting has elegantly pinched corners, and two gold balls on either side off set the bezel from the round ring shank. A stunning yet simple ring that offers a beautiful pop of color.

The natural boulder opal measures 11.25 x 4.6 mm, for a TCW of approximately 2 carats.
The face of the ring measures 5 mm x 12.7 mm, with a depth of 5.4 mm. The band is 1.7 mm wide. The ring weighs 4.28 grams.

Got Some Work To Do!

Inspired by a kitten, I endeavored to clean up behind my audio desk, where a maze of wires is the picture of confusion, but apparently also a wonderful place to pull and tug, nap and chew ... so I got this. Then it sat there for a week while I thought about it. Felt complicated, organizing that big wad of a mess of wires. But when I finally got to it, it wasn't too bad at all, and the difference is huge! This item fit under the back of the desk perfectly and provides a deep tray you can immediately start to run wires though. Eventually you'll get there! Good luck!
