The Serta® Elizabethtown Plush Euro Top mattress is a cooling, supportive mattress with a plush feel. With Pillow Soft® Aire, a soft foam that enhances cushioning for exceptional comfort and promotes airflow through its unique, rippling design. For even more cushioning support, there's PillowSoft Foam, an extra-soft foam that gently contours and hugs the body. Sleeping hot won't be an option because of Serta® Cool Twist Gel Foam; a cooling gel swirled directly into a breathable foam designed to promote airflow and heat dissipation.
In addition, the 805 Individually Wrapped Coil System features Serta® BestEdge® foam encasement technology that provides an extra deep foam rail to help reduce edge roll-off and extend the sleep surface. Plus, Serta® Balanced Support Foam strikes the perfect balance between cushioning and support, no matter how firm or plush you prefer your mattress. 120 Night In-Home Trial
It takes time to adjust to your new mattress which is why we want to give Sam’s members up to 120 nights to try it risk-free (trial period starts on the day of delivery). If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your mattress or set for a full refund. If you feel the mattress may be defective, please reach out to our Serta Customer Service team at (385) 256-9674 to discuss options under the 10-year limited warranty.
Serta Mattress Order Process
All Serta mattresses are made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
The Member will receive a call, text and email from our White Glove Delivery partner, (RXO) within 48 hours of placing your order to schedule your home delivery.
If you haven’t been contacted within 48 hours, please contact the Serta Sam’s Club team at (385) 256-9674.
You will be provided with a 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
