Top Flower: 6mm.

Bottom Gem: 4mm.

Bar Length: 3/8" (10mm).

The standard length for belly/navel piercings is 3/8" (10mm) while the standard length for a VCH/Christina piercing is also 3/8" (10mm).

Always be gentle with your barbell when you are twisting on the balls, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening them. If you continue twisting the balls past the point where they reach a soft, natural stopping place at the end of their threading, you will most likely dislodge them and damage your jewelry.
