Remember, if your reel has the same bearings on each of the end caps, you know its this older kit.

Remember, if your reel has the same bearings on each of the end caps, you know it’s this older kit. If the bearing near your star drag (or drive side) is larger and you see the pinion gear coming through it, you will know it takes the newer kit that contains a 5x9x3 instead of a second 3x10x4.
