The Brown Butter Toffee Almond Bark is a balance of crisp, buttery toffee and smooth chocolate. We slowly brown the butter to develop a deep, nutty flavor before folding in sliced almonds.  Temper's version is a simpler more "old school" affair, broken into pieces after a covering of tempered chocolate, toasted almonds and a sprinkling of fleur de sel.
