FAQ

Will my skin purge?

Some people may experience mild breakouts or skin changes in the first few weeks of starting the Acne Support Pack. This is commonly referred to as a “skin purge” and can be part of your body’s natural detoxification and healing process, especially if the skin is adjusting to hormonal, gut, or dietary changes. These symptoms are usually temporary and should settle as your body begins to rebalance.

What should I expect with this cleanse?

During the Acne Support Pack cleanse, you may notice changes as your body works to rebalance the gut, hormones, and skin. Some people report clearer skin, improved digestion, reduced bloating, and more regular bowel movements.

It’s also common to experience temporary symptoms such as mild breakouts, changes in digestion, or feeling a little more tired in the first week- this is part of the body’s natural detoxification process and typically settles within a few days.

To support your results:
Drink plenty of water
Prioritise whole, nourishing foods
Get adequate rest
Be consistent with your routine

Every body is different, but most people feel and see improvements within 3–4 weeks of daily use.

How long should I take the Acne pack?

For best results, we recommend taking the Acne Support Pack consistently for 3 months (90 days).

This allows enough time to:
Break the cycle of bacterial overgrowth that may be impacting your skin
Repair and strengthen the gut lining, which supports reduced inflammation and clearer skin
Optimise your gut health for long-term hormonal and skin balance

While some people may notice improvements within the first few weeks, lasting results come from addressing the root causes over time. Completing the full 90-day protocol helps create a stronger foundation for clearer, healthier skin.

Is this suitable for hormonal acne?

Yes, this pack is particularly supportive for acne that’s linked to hormonal imbalances, poor digestion, or a disrupted gut microbiome. It works to support the skin from within by targeting common root causes like excess androgens, poor detoxification, or gut inflammation.

Warnings

If symptoms persist, seek the advice of a healthcare professional. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant.

Helpful and interesting introduction
Format: Paperback
This is a good quick introduction. A good supplement to a course on modernist literature or art. What is important is that it shows the Modernist project as something that encompassed art, literature, psychology, science, and politics--in other words, it contextualizes the movement.

So glad I bought this!
Format: Paperback
I am a lit teacher at an independent school, and was able to use this book to link the literature and the art of the modern movement. My students loved this project - they made their own artwork for a display at school!

Very good comprehensive introduction to Modernism
Format: Kindle
Very good comprehensive introduction to Modernism. Only not too helpful for me at the moment becasue I was looking for something more specific. Butler has this wonderful ability to make connections between the arts. He constructs a bigger picture of the Modern movement where many forms are interlinked, influenced and informed one another. He also has a longer book Early Modernism that might be more helpful if you are looking for indepth and moe detailed discussions.
