Squawking Magpie's Gavin Yortt, is a pioneer grower in the Gimblett Gravels Hawke’s Bay region with vineyards dating back to 1981. A passionate supporter of the region and especially the Gimblett Gravels district, this 'Gravels' range, introduced last year, pays homage to the gravel soils of Hawke’s Bay with the intention to over-deliver in value. With the experienced Jenny Dobson winemaker at his side, Gavin certainly achieves his aim with this vinatge of 'The Gravels' Hawkes Bay Syrah.
