Advantages of Bondtech CHT™ technology
The Bondtech CHT™ nozzles split the filament into three thinner strands, melting the material from the inside. This causes the material to melt faster and allows for higher flow rates.
Core Heating - a patented technology
Registration number: EP3445568A1. These nozzles for 3D printers are made of metal and feature one or more holes to increase the heating wall surface.
Advantages of the nickel coating
A nickel coating is applied to our coated brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel-coated nozzles have higher corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, allowing smoother material feeding and delaying plastic adhesion on the nozzle surface.

Different nozzle sets for different materials
We recommend having multiple nozzle sets because:
- Using different materials with the same nozzles leads to deposits inside the nozzle.
- These deposits can cause blockages.
- We recommend changing the nozzles when switching materials.
