Dried red and black berries, kirsch, chocolate, light perfume of flowers and sweet and savoury spices. Made by re fermenting Valpolicella Classico over Amarone skins for 9 days. Aged for 12 months in old oak barrels. Fantastic with a full flavoured meat dish, or equally good with blue cheese.
