The citrine is globelike, with a good depth to it and a polish that creates various optical illusions. The 18k gold band has a crossover that is a half-dome, that gives the ring a nice texture and adds even more depth to the piece. The citrine has an orangey, honey color to it that is complemented by the warm patina of the gold.
Circa the 1970’s, this is a rare style of Tiffany ring. We’ve seen it with various stones, as Tiffany would alternate this design between citrine, tourmaline, and tanzanite. The ring is marked on the inside with Tiffany & Co, the copyright, and 750.
The natural citrine measures 7.5 x 5.75 mm. The cabochon is 3.5 mm deep. It sits 6.5 mm above the finger. The band is 7/16” at its widest point on the face of the ring, and 1/8” at its narrowest point on the bottom. It weighs 9.8 grams.
Ring size 5.25. Minimally sizable.

Fewer doses per jar, but good flavor
I've been using migcopat fiber gummies for a while now, and I'm a fan of the brand, so I thought I would give these a shot.
I appreciate the addition of the biotin and keratin.
This just only has one flavor instead of three, which is blueberry, but it's quite pleasant, not overly sweet. These gummies are a little softer than the other migcopat gummies, but again nothing wrong with that.
I am knocking one star from the review because this jerk contains 20 doses when you take three per day as opposed to the other maker gummies that I have where there's a 30-day supply with taking three per day.
For me, the addition of the biotin and keratin doesn't justify losing a third of my supplement.

Great value
This is 1 of those items that would take months to give a fair assessment. It takes time for things like this to get into your system. This was a vine item and I wanted to try them as fiber is very important after 50. But I can not speak to the effectiveness. I hope and expect there would be no side effects. Texture seems normal for something like this. Not sure if theres a odor. But seems a good value. Not sure about taste either.

A decent tasting Metamucil that does the job efficiently

The Metamucil powder inside does the job very well. I only need to take once a week in to maintain a consistency of bowel movement throughout the week. The flavor is decent as well. It doesn’t overdo so that I feel a good balance.

Easy way to add collagen to your daily fiber

I find taking a lot of supplements boring. I do take Metamucil daily. Even though I eat a lot of salad and fruit, I find this is a helpful habit. The flavor is a bit different but not objectionable.
