ARCHIVAL PIGMENT PRINT ON HAHNEMUHLE PHOTO RAG 308GSM

50 X 50 CM

EDITION / 50

Beautifully reproduced from Jane's intricate black Biro drawing Our Forefathers. This is the first design of her Amur leopard diptych. One of eight designs from her iconic print and fine English china coupe plate collection In Homage to the Last Great Carnivores of Eurasia, this body of work highlights threatened and endangered carnivores across the Eurasian continent.

Our Forefathers contemplates the origins and repercussions of man’s fascination with collecting natural exotica from early European exploration to the present day. This is symbolised by a representation of Rembrandt’s The Windmill 1641, as the windmill becomes an exotic folly for three Amur leopards, one of the world’s most endangered species.

Jane's meticulous drawings take several months to research and make. Sumptuous signed and numbered limited edition archival pigment print, made by one of the very best printmakers in the industry.

Table legs are very sturdy for our two inch thick, round cut, epoxy slab. Great accent table.

A staple in my pocket!
Format: Paperback
I’m a PA student in clinical rotations. This book helped me survive my ER rotation by guiding me with high yield information, differentials, physical exam and history to obtain. Love that it helps give insight on when to admit vs discharge in the treatment plan. Applicable across the board in family med, urgent care and other clinical settings other than ER too. I recommend this book to all students! My preceptors were very impressed in my thought processes and I have this book to thanks for that. I’ll be using this book throughout my career!
