High Concentrate OMEGA-3 is a dietary supplement with a concentrated content of the two most important fatty acids for the human body from the OMEGA 3 group (EPA and DHA).
Swanson High Concentrate Omega-3 Minis delivers high-potency fish oil in an easy-to-swallow soft capsule form. Unlike many other supplements, it has no fishy smell or aftertaste. Each serving provides twice the EPA and DHA than standard fish oil.

INGREDIENTS: Fish oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, tocopherol mixture, dispersion mixture [purified water, emulsifier: ethylcellulose, acidity regulator: ammonium hydroxide, medium-chain triglycerides, oleic acid], enteric coating.
HOW TO USE: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.

Great feel but a bit strong of a smell
I absolutely love the feel of this sunscreen, since it feels really smooth and light weight. There is no white stain from sweating and feels really moisturizing. The only thing I dislike is the strong fragrance. I personally don't like fragrance in my beauty products, but I wanted to try this sunscreen due to the high reviews. I think this is a great sunscreen to buy, but for me personally, I would not buy again simply due to the smell though it does smell good. I will try out the fragrance free version.

amazing product, a little too pricey
