This French and American oak integrates harmoniously with dark berry fruits, providing full flavoured wine with layers of texture.
Grapes sourved from family owned estate vineyards situated on Binney and Malpas Road, McLaren Vale.
A simple philosophy of winemaking with minimal intervention, which includes use of oak to produce a fresh crunchy style.
