Do you have the need for more production from your current cut off saw? The CS-350SA from Baileigh industrial might just be the right choice. It is a great production saw for any shop that is cutting thin, medium, or thick walled pipe, tubing, extrusions, or solid bar stock. Designed from the CS-350M, this design has proven itself to be one of the best production saws available. The head of the CS-350SA is made from heavy duty cast iron and has a self centering vise that is unique because it keeps the material perfectly centered with the blade for absolutely perfect cuts. The blade of the CS-350SA is direct drive and run by a 4 hp motor that requires 220 volt three phase power. The head features all metal gears that are ground and hardened for long life, and to ensure tight tolerances are kept throughout the life of the saw, the CS-350SA has a backlash adjustment. The CS-350SA has two operating speeds, 26 and 52 rpm.
Capacity on the CS-350SA cut off saw is also impressive because of its massive 14” blade. It features a 4.25” round capacity at 90 degrees and has the ability to cut 45 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left. The 90 degree cut is important if you have any applications that call for slotting.
Operation of the CS-350SA semi-automatic cold saw is easy as well, place the material in the vise and push the foot pedal. The vise will clamp the material; the blade will start up and lower itself cutting the material. Once the cut is complete the blade will shut off and the head will raise back up. This process save time and effort of the operator and will also make the shop more efficient.
