She is skilled in working with cats of all breeds and temperaments, including nervous, sensitive, or difficult cats, always prioritising their comfort and emotional wellbeing.

Known for her calm, gentle, and precise approach, Valeria understands feline behaviour deeply and creates a quiet, controlled, and low-stress grooming environment. With meticulous attention to detail and refined grooming techniques, she delivers safe, elegant, and tailored grooming results, earning the trust of both cats and their owners through a truly premium level of care.

Mira

Mira is a Grooming Assistant at Furmily with a background in kynology, dog training, and professional grooming. Known for her attentive eye and gentle handling, she excels at understanding each dog’s individual temperament and needs, helping even nervous dogs feel calm and secure.

Her experience working closely with dogs has given her a strong understanding of canine behaviour, allowing her to provide thoughtful, tailored care while maintaining the highest standards of welfare and comfort throughout the grooming process.

Sylvana has had a deep love for animals since childhood, which inspired her to begin studying cat grooming at the age of 16. She is currently completing her Level 2 qualification, due to finish in July, and plans to progress onto Level 3 as she works towards becoming a fully qualified professional groomer.

Passionate about feline care and handling, she is dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge and refining her grooming skills. Quin has always had a deep love for dogs and dreamed of working with animals from a young age. Although she once hoped to become a vet, her passion ultimately led her to a hands-on career in pet grooming. After completing a two-month grooming course and volunteering in Asia and the UK, Quin returned to grooming with enthusiasm and determination, continuously expanding her knowledge of different breeds, coat types, and dog behaviour.

Known for her gentle and patient approach, Quin ensures every dog feels safe, comfortable, and never pushed beyond their limits. She particularly enjoys Asian-style scissoring and is always eager to refine her skills across a range of grooming techniques. Devoted to her four-legged clients, she takes pride in creating a calm, positive experience—helping every pet look and feel their very best.
