CarbonX Peek+CF20 – High-performance filament for extreme applications

The CarbonX Peek+CF20 is a technical filament based on PEEK, reinforced with 20% carbon fibers. This creates a material with exceptional stiffness, high heat resistance, and durable mechanical properties. It is especially suitable for demanding industrial and research applications where every component must be maximally load-bearing.

Technical highlights of CarbonX Peek+CF20

The filament withstands temperatures above 120 °C long-term without deformation and also exhibits excellent chemical resistance. The PEEK base provides high stability, while the carbon fibers deliver additional strength at low weight. This interplay leads to professional print results with a uniformly structured surface.

Optimal printing recommendations

To fully exploit the potential of the CarbonX Peek+CF20, the following should be observed:

  • Nozzle temperature between 360–400 °C

  • Heated print bed at approx. 120 °C

  • Closed chamber recommended

  • Dry filament before printing at about 80 °C

This combination reduces warping and ensures precise, durable printed objects.

Advantages at a glance

  • ✅ 20% carbon fibers for maximum stiffness

  • ✅ Extremely heat- and chemical-resistant

  • ✅ Minimal warping thanks to controlled material properties

  • ✅ Robust, matte surface ideal for technical parts

  • ✅ Suitable for professional use in engineering, medicine, or research

application areas

The filament is excellently suited for printed parts in areas such as:

  • Aerospace and industrial applications

  • Chemically exposed operating environments

  • Automotive technology and prototyping

  • Medical technology and technical test setups

The CarbonX Peek+CF20 meets the highest demands when it comes to maximum safety and durability.

Stands up to puppy teeth!
Size: Medium, Size: Medium
I was fostering 2 7-week old puppies that chewed on EVERYTHING! I got these AND a couple of the Kong brand chew toys. These have stood up much better to the puppy teeth than the Kongs did. I throw them in the dishwasher (not every time) and I also have a small straw brush to clean them. They are easy to fill, and once they are done with the treats (PB butter, yogurt, pumpkin, apple sauce etc.), they continue to chew on these. When you throw them, they have a fun bonce. I ended up foster failing one of the puppies, but we still use these often. They still look brand new and I have had them for about 6 months. I got the medium, my dog is about 13 lbs now and the size is perfect for her. The material is strong and I don't hear a peep when she is chewing on it. I would 100% recommend these!

Great toys. Bouncy, chewable long term.
Size: Medium, Size: Medium
We got these for our puppy and to see how they would compare to kongs. Our dogs love these more than the kongs and so far, with two chewy dogs, they have not destroyed these yet. They are very bouncy and provide a lot of chasing fun. We will be buying more and we recommend these.

Durable
Size: Large
Excellent material. I wish the hole was a little smaller to keep the treats in better. Also wish they were a little larger and/or oddly shaped so as not to fit under the sofa. Still totally worth it.

Subtle, great dog toy design!
Size: Large
These things are amazing. Stuff them with peanut butter and treats and freeze them of course, but football spike them across the yard to drive your overly hyped dog nuts! And the hole allows you to safely pry it out of a tug battle , just a great design! And it can bobble across a small living space without getting lost like a ball would. Love it!

Treats fall out way to easy
Size: Large
Kinda sorta awful at holding treats in it, they just fall out without my dog even having to touch it really. I spread peanut butter on the inside of the toy and freeze it..works much better that way, nay, works amazing that way. I got this toy to stimulate his brain, so he’s either much smarter than every other dog or the treats fall out too easy..I believe it’s the ladder.
