The summer was full of sunshine and warm, dry weather which was perfect for ripening the grapes. The resulting Garnacha is a wine of vibrancy and beautiful aromatics.
A fresh Garnacha made in a ‘Joven’ style; unoaked and bottled early as a juicy, lively wine. The Grenache ripened early, allowing us to co-ferment with a small amount (5%) of Tempranillo. Some whole bunches were included in the ferment to add spice and texture to
the wine.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with grilled calamari salad, roasted mushroom & thyme bruschetta.
