ClampZILLA 4-Way Panel Clamp - 18"This 4 way panel clamp places bars on both sides of your stock and is joined together by a self centering scissor joint on both ends. It uses multiple attachment points on the bars to focus the lateral pressure on the center of your panel, thus eliminating bowing. You would need two regular bar clamps plus two “F” clamps and a set of clamping cauls to do the work of one ClampZILLA™. It easily applies vertical and horizontal pressure simultaneously by simply turning one screw. Your boards move into proper alignment as the edges come together. No more anxiety-filled gluing sessions worrying about the glue starting to set before you get just the right amount of pressure on each clamp.

ClampZILLA’s works with stock from 5/8" to 4". For jobs thinner than 5/8", add a piece of 3/4" material above and below your stock to get all the benefits of the centered lateral pressure and simultaneous vertical pressure. This method is effective on stock 1/4" or even less.

Rugged and durable, the steel bars and clamping pads are powder-coated, and the clamping mechanism components are machined from zinc-plated hardened steel, except the clamp screw pivot, which is machined from brass.

Like all Woodpeckers products, ClampZILLA™ is proudly machined and carefully inspected in the Strongsville, OH facility, just south of Cleveland.
