Pale pink (salmon). Bright and fresh with aromatics of strawberry, redcurrant and candied cherry with hints of floral and vanilla. Dry in style with delicate red fruit and refreshing acidity. The sweet fruit is well balanced by a touch of tannin providing texture and length. Drinking well immediately; this wine can be enjoyed until late 2023.

The 2021 Rosé was made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot and Pinot Gris grapes. The Pinot Noir and Merlot provide red fruit flavour and structure whilst the Pinot Gris adds floral aromatic lift and palate weight. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures to encourage and preserve its bright, lifted aromatics.

Food Pairing: Great on a Summer afternoon matched with crayfish, salad nicoise or simple cold cuts while on a picnic.
