Description
2007.5-2018 6.7 Cummins Longblock (for use in Dodge/RAM 2500 and 3500)Cylinder head is cleaned, magnafluxed, surfaced, new soft plugs installed, valve job completed, spring test completed, vacuum tested, and new valve stem seals installed. Block is cleaned bored and finish honed to size. New cam bearing(s) installed. Oil galleries cleaned and new plugs installed. Crankshaft is turned if needed and micro polished. Camshaft and tappets re machined. Rods are re machined and checked for out of round as well as straightness.

- New cam bearing(s) installed.
- Oil galleries cleaned and new plugs installed.

- Rods are re-machined and checked for out of round as well as straightness.
- New rod bolts installed.
- New main cap bolts installed.
- New head bolts installed (unless head stud option is checked)
- New pistons, rings, bearings, and complete gasket/seal kit.
* Please allow 2-4 weeks for the new engine to be built.
* Core charge is up to $2400. This is split into 3 parts at $800 each for the block, head, and crankshaft. Wizard Worx Diesel LLC has sole discretion over what is and is not considered to be a usable core.
