You can also use the eye mask dry radiant heat. Heat the eye mask for 60 seconds in the microwave and place on your eyes with the towel side facing out. That way it will insulate and keep more of the heat going into your eyes instead of out into the room.

Placing the eye mask in the freezer is an amazing way to help with migraines. Place the towel side facing away to insulate and keep more of the cold going into you. This coolness will release so slowly that it will feel comfortable but still give some relief to your migraine.
