Installation Guide

  1. Remove the lower unit from the outboard motor following your engine's service manual. Ensure the motor is securely supported and all gear oil is drained.
  2. Detach the lower casing cap from the gearbox housing by removing the mounting bolts. Inspect for corrosion or damage.
  3. Remove the old bearings, O-rings, and oil seals from the cap assembly using appropriate seal pullers. Clean all seating surfaces thoroughly.
  4. Install the new bearing 93306-00612 into the designated cavity, pressing evenly until fully seated.
  5. Install the second bearing 93315-22004 into its corresponding position, ensuring proper orientation.
  6. Lubricate the new oil seals 93101-20M07 (qty 2) with marine-grade grease and press them into their housings with the lip facing inward.
  7. Install O-ring 93210-64ME7 into its groove on the cap, ensuring it sits flat without twisting.
  8. Install the two O-rings 93210-65M50 into their respective grooves, checking for even seating.
  9. Reassemble the lower casing cap to the gearbox housing, applying a thin bead of marine sealant if specified by your manual. Torque bolts to manufacturer specifications.
  10. Refill the lower unit with the correct type and quantity of gear oil, following bleeding procedures to remove air pockets.
  11. Reinstall the lower unit onto the outboard motor, ensuring proper alignment of the driveshaft and water tube.
  12. Run the engine in a test tank or on the water, checking for leaks, unusual noise, or vibration. Verify proper gear engagement in forward, neutral, and reverse.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Q: How do I confirm this kit fits my Yamaha or Parsun engine?
A: Cross-reference your engine model and year with the compatibility table above. Verify that your original part number matches 61N-45361-01-4D. Do not use this kit if you have a 6L2 series engine, as outer diameters differ.

Q: What are the signs that my lower casing cap seals need replacement?
A: Common symptoms include gear oil leaking from the lower unit, milky or contaminated oil indicating water intrusion, unusual noise or vibration from the gearbox, and difficulty shifting gears.

Q: Can I reuse the old bearings and seals during reassembly?
A: No. Bearings and seals are wear items that should always be replaced during lower unit service to ensure reliable sealing and prevent premature failure or water damage.

Q: How often should I inspect or replace the lower casing cap components?
A: Inspect seals and bearings annually or every 100 operating hours, whichever comes first. Replace immediately if you observe leaks, contamination, or abnormal gear operation.

Q: Is this an OEM part or an aftermarket replacement?
A: This listing is an aftermarket replacement part (not an OEM component). We build to OEM specifications using comparable-grade materials. Production is done in an ISO9002-certified facility, and each batch is inspected for consistent performance.

Q: How fast do you ship and how much does it cost?
A: We offer fast global shipping—typically 5–15 days worldwide—and standard shipping is free. Expedited options are available at checkout depending on your location.

Q: What is your warranty and return policy?
A: This product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If something goes wrong, contact our support team with your order details. Returns are accepted within our standard return window (unused & in original condition); please see our policy page or reach out for instructions.

Great Fit for Wide Toes
Size: 5 Wide Big Kid, Color: Fuchsia
I should start by saying that these shoes were tested by an adult who happens to wear a child's size 5.5, ladies size 7.5 or 7W, and ordered a size 5W in the florescent pink. These shoes are way more comfortable than the other Saucony sneakers I own. The wide toe bed doesn't put any pressure on the outside of my feet and my pinky toes are loving the extra space. The insole is not removable in these shoes, but I found them to be comfortable enough without an extracurricular insole. I have only used these shoes for active days; running errands, doing chores, walking, but not for running or exercise. My adult feet and body found these shoes more suitable for walking, but for a younger person I would expect these to be great for exercise or daily wear. The color is super vibrant. I don't mind a bright shoe and I own a lot of colorful footwear, but these are shockingly pink. Then you combine that pink with the bright white sole, and it is borderline blinding. I have worn them a few times now and they definitely stand out. These would be a great option for a pink loving person, or someone looking for an eye catching shoe to punch up their wardrobe, but for me they're almost too much. These shoes are on par with my expectations for the brand, but I feel like they have an inflated price point, that most parents shopping for kids athletic shoes may struggle to justify. I know that finding shoes to accomidate wide feet can increase the price significantly, but I still think these shoes would be best purchased on sale.

Perfect girls tennis shoes
Size: 7 Wide Big Kid, Color: Fuchsia
These shoes have been great for my daughter! They’re lightweight, comfortable, and supportive enough for everyday running around, school, and sports activities. My daughter said they felt comfortable right away with no break in time needed. The bright pink color is really cute in person, and the shoes seem well made and durable so far. They fit true to size and have good cushioning without feeling bulky or heavy.

Stylish and comfortable
Size: 5 Wide Big Kid, Color: Fuchsia
I got these for my 9 year old who needed new sneakers. She loves all things pink and instantly loved the look of these shoes. They are extremely breathable which is great for running around and airing out those sweaty feet. The fact that they are wide is perfect for her as well; so many sneakers end up being narrow and confining. They fit great and look great and both mom and daughter are very happy with these!

Comfortable, durable, affordable...what more could you want? Lol
These fit well and were comfortable for my son...and they lasted until he outgrew them. That's saying a lot for a 9-10 year old boy. Lol. They are a great deal for active kids.
