Dual Axis — Both Lift and Rotation Are Fully Powered
Powered Rotation + Powered Lifting — The AL225 Difference
The AL215 and AL225 share the same 250 lb capacity and inside hoist concept, but the AL225 adds the second powered axis — rotation. The AL215 lifts automatically but requires a manual push to rotate the device into the cargo area. The AL225 does both automatically. For users with limited upper body strength, balance concerns, or who simply want a fully hands-free operation, the powered rotation makes a meaningful functional difference in daily use. One button to lift. One button to rotate in. One button to reverse on unloading. No manual force required at any step.
30"–40" Arm Height · Offset Post · Unloads to Side of Vehicle
The AL225's arm adjusts in height from 30" to 40" — a taller range than the AL215's 26"–34" — accommodating higher cargo loading heights found in taller SUVs, vans, and trucks. The adjustable arm length (21"–32") adapts to different cargo area depths. The integrated offset post positions the device to unload safely at the side of the vehicle rather than directly behind it, making transfer to the driver or passenger seat more manageable. Unlike the AL215, the AL225 includes the docking device standard. Both are 250 lb inside hoist lifts that store the device in the vehicle cargo area. The key difference is rotation: the AL215 has powered lifting but manual rotation — after the device is hoisted, you push it manually to rotate it into the cargo space. The AL225 has powered rotation as well as powered lifting — both axes are fully automatic. The AL225 also weighs slightly more (55 lbs vs 42 lbs), has a taller arm range (30"–40" vs 26"–34"), and includes the docking device standard (the AL215 does not). Sent Wrong Pieces

I really, really wanted to like this - and, in theory, I really, really should have! The instructions were easy to follow and assembly took about five minutes. The assembled screen is lightweight and easy to move. It was a great size and exactly what I was looking for except....I wasn't sent the correct pieces. Instead of receiving 4 elbow pieces and 4 feet, I received 2 elbow pieces and 8 feet - meaning that the bottom part of the fabric just hangs there and, overall, the divider is extremely unstable because there is no horizontal support on the bottom. Thankfully, there are Velcro tabs on the side of the fabric so I can use it if I don't plan to move it even 1 cm, but otherwise, what I received is not usable for what I needed it for. Additionally, the fabric is made of polyester and catches animal hair very easily. Had I received the correct pieces, this would be a good buy for the money. Unfortunately, overall, I'm disappointed.

Works great, keeps the light out of my eyes and easy to put together

I got this room divider in and it works great. It’s really easy to put together you don’t even need tools. I really like that it’s not see through, it’s not a black out curtain but it keeps light out pretty good.
I absolutely hate my bedroom layout there’s no bathroom door. My girlfriend and I have different work schedules so I’m trying to sleep while she’s getting ready for work and the light shines right in my eyes. This divider keeps the light out of my eyes and that’s exactly what I was hunting for. I also like that you can adjust the length. I took one of the bars out to make it a little shorter and it worked great.
I would recommend this room divider.

Great value, perfect for our infant room!

Great product, sturdy design and easy to build! It is a fairly light weight item, which aids in the maneuverability of the divider. The color was as described and is dark enough to block the light from our sleeping infants! I do love that you are able to see through the slats and see the child sleeping- if you are looking for something with MORE privacy, this is not it. It has great coverage area and is dark and a wonderful value for the price, however, you are able to see through the areas where each panel connects!

Don’t waste your money or time!

Don’t waste your money. The instructions make no sense and the metal poles are either sized wrong for the product or screw holes are incorrectly placed, but no two poles matched in size and placement making it impossible to put this together without the panels being warped. No matter how I tried to switch the poles to see if I had them wrong, they always turned out warped and incorrectly fit. I finally gave up and threw everything out - I wasted $50 on this junk and because I didn’t try to put it together immediately after I bought it, it is way too late for a refund. Lesson learned!
