Combines a discreet covering formula with an intensive care cream to help brighten the eye area. It helps to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for a smoother and refreshed look whilst nourishing the delicate skin around the eyes. Cebelia LCE Regard is packed with active ingredients, including patented Cebeline peptide, which restores the biological properties of the dermo-epidermal junction, and Horse Chestnut Extract to brighten dark circles and reduce puffiness. It can also be used to add a natural highlight to cheekbones, the sides of the nose, the lip contour and the hollow of the chin.
How to use
Apply on the concerned areas after cleansing and moisturizing with suitable cream. Gently pat it in using your fingertip, do not rub.
