How do I use it?
Step 1:Apply 1 tsp of Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) to your pack (or apply directly on the thyroid area).
Step 2:Place the Pack over your thyroid area and adjust the strap in place (not too tight!). Wear for 1 hour daily.
