Recommended Dosage: Adults:Take 2 capsules three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take at the first sign of infection. If you are taking supplements containing zinc, calcium, iron, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Important: Take 1 capsule of Acidophilus Ultra 20 minutes before each meal.
