Yarn

The cotton kit comes with four balls of Indigo sport weight U.S. Organic Cotton, 3 oz: 194 yd/177 m.

The wool kit comes with four balls of Shaniko Washable Wool; 4 oz., 263 yd/240m.

Moderately Easy to Intermediate.

Needles and Notions:

• US Size 5 (3.75mm) 24" (80cm) circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge.
  
• US Size 5 (3.75mm) dpns (or a second circular needle)
• 3 1/2" (12mm) buttons
• Cable needle
• Stitch markers
• Stitch holders or waste yarn
• Tapestry needle

Gauge: 

20 sts and 28 rows=4" (10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch, unblocked/unwashed

20 sts and 31 rows-4" (10cm) in Stockinette Stitch, blocked and washed.
