LEAF PACK OPTIONS // Balancing ride and capability, the add a pack retains factory payload but improves small bump compliance by increasing the leaf count and reducing leaf thickness in half the pack. With the full leaf pack, a 15% payload reduction gets the best possible ride quality from the rear of the truck. Small chatter or large hit, this leaf pack will swallow it whole.
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, select the end link option. (TSB is for 03+ only)
Carli's Unchained 3.5 is their most advanced 6" off-road performer, capable of more bottom-out resistance and definitive offroad control than any other system ever released by Carli Suspension. Extensive shock tuning sessions over the last year has lead Carli to release the most aggressive, finest performing 6" system we've ever engineered. This is the most capable system offered for a Ram truck. Period.
The Unchained System was designed for skilled and experienced drivers that have considerable time behind a vehicle driven in offroad environments. Novice drivers or those unfamiliar with their vehicles should refrain from pushing their skill level until a considerable amount of seat time has been acquired. Due to the extreme nature of this system, we highly recommend a Carli Front AAM Axle Truss to preserve your front axle.
This system will fit up to a 37” tire with the included Radius Arm System on 17”-18” wheels with 4.5” of backspacing
*All Carli 6" systems require the truck's front driveshaft to be extended by 2 inches.
**Carli 6" systems require a drop pitman arm. We provide a drop pitman arm as an option on this product page.
