The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. The surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Nice shirt but to shiny for the office

I really like the semi professional, clean, well groomed look of collar-less shirts for my semi formal office. It is appropriate for almost any office occasion. Whether we're getting a visit from the corporate execs., or going out for happy hour...I don't feel over dressed or under dressed.
However, for this item:
Pros:
1. Excellent classic fit
2. Good stitching and well made
Con:
It is to shiny! I truly want to purchase every color they have in their lineup, but because of the shimmer, this is probably for someone that wants a night on the town vs a corporate office setting.
