We constantly hear from customers that people are shocked to find out they are riding a 250 after seeing and hearing the machine perform. The machine will feel torquier right out of the bat once you install the system. Before, where you needed to downshift, you'll find now that many times it will lug right out of the low and pull you into the high rpm's with much ease.

We also came back to this can after some demand and created the shorty version! You get the same performance gains, with an even bigger Barker's sound."

The Yamaha Raptor 250 is an exceptionally fun machine to ride. One of the only true sport ATVs in its class, the Yamaha Raptor 250 performs well whether it be on the trails or the track. With its powerful engine, precise handling, and unique style, the Raptor 250 is fun! 

When Barkers set out to create the Full Single Inframe Exhaust System for this machine, we knew we were in for a treat. Yamaha created an incredibly great engine for this machine, and we couldn’t wait to see how we could amplify its performance with one of our exhausts! And the results? We could not believe we were only riding a 250! Right off the bat, it felt like it had so much more torque in comparison to riding it with the stock system. If you want more torque and increased horsepower throughout the entire power curve, then we've got your answer! Install a Barkers Full Single Inframe Exhaust System on your Yamaha Raptor 250 and feel your machine come to life! One of the first things you will notice is the huge difference in sound! Every system that we produce at Barkers is created from premium materials. The Barkers Full Single Exhaust System for your Yamaha Raptor 250 is hand-welded right here in the USA, as are all our systems. While most other aftermarket exhausts are mass-produced on automated assembly lines, Barker's exhausts are handcrafted one by one. The exhaust pipe is made of 304 stainless steel that is Tig-welded with seam-reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The cans are comprised of 6061 grade aircraft aluminum that you can choose to leave in its brushed finish or have it powder coated in either black or blue. You can also choose which color Barkers tag you would like. You can choose either black, blue, yellow, or red. To harness your new system to your machine, round, brushed aluminum billet clamps will be included with your purchase.

Top off your fine new Barkers Full Single Exhaust System with these optional components. A Barkers Quiet Core Insert will reduce sound by up to 5 dB, and is ideal when riding in those sound-sensitive areas. Heck, with only a loss of .5 to 1.5 HP, you may consider riding with it all of the time! If you plan on doing a lot of trail riding, another item you may want to consider is the Barkers Spark Arrestor, as it will prevent any flammable debris from escaping the exhaust.
