The Groundsafe matting system is durable, impact-absorbing matting that is perfect for use in play areas and playgrounds. It offers cushioning from falls while also protecting the floor from erosion. It is especially suitable for placement in high-traffic areas where the turf can quickly be eroded and leave a muddy, slippery mess instead.

The design of this mat allows grass to grow through it, eventually becoming hidden below the surface. This keeps the mat in place while supporting the grass as required.

Made from a mix of recycled and natural rubber, this matting can be quickly deployed as it is supplied in large sheets. Connectors that lock each tile together are available separately, ensuring there are no gaps. Maintenance is easy as once the grass has grown through; it can be cut with a conventional lawn mower with no change of practice.
