Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (hydroxyproplymethylcellulose), cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Use: Helps to maintain normal function of the thyroid gland and production of thyroid hormones.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Caution: Do not use this product if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), birth control pills, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency . If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you experience irritability or insomnia discontinue use. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
