With a lower profile of just 1/2" thick, this faceplate keeps your work closer to the headstock bearing, reducing unwanted vibration and ensuring a smoother turning experience. The plate features 8 large countersunk screw holes that can accommodate #14 screws for maximum holding power, securely mounting your projects and preventing slippage. For easy removal, the plate includes a 5/16" spanner hole and a spindle washer that allows you to remove the chuck from the lathe with ease. The hub is laser-etched with the thread size, making it easy to identify and preventing any confusion during setup.
