"Bright, light pale-yellow, even colour throughout. The nose is upfront, leaping with passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus zest; melded with green capsicum and lifted spices. Light-bodied with refreshing acidity flows with grapefruit, citrus zest, passionfruit; unfolding grassy, herbaceous nuances of capsicum. The acidity is lively with a kick of spice. The mouthfeel is light and soft with a subtle phenolic grip. This is an attractive Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, exhibits appealing citrus and passionfruit with underlying green herbaceous notes, flows with lively acidity and supported by a soft phenolic grip. Pale lemon colour in the glass. Aromas of grapefruit, blackcurrant bud and zesty lemon peel. An intense and weighty palate showing characterstics of blackcurrant, lemon zest with a salty mineral expression of the finish. The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc has an expressive and weighty palate, with intense aromas of grapefruit, black currant and a hint of sea salt.

Food Pairing: An ideal match with pan-fried scallops, soft Goat’s cheese or Marlborough mussels.

Pale gold colour in the glass. Aromas of pear, quince paste and warming spices on the nose. Pure and elegant with notes of poached pear, soft spices with a flavoursome dry finish. The 2019 Pinot Gris has an elegant structure, with vibrant fruit notes, soft spices and a lengthy dry finish.

Food Pairing: An ideal wine as an aperitif, or paired with lightly spiced Thai cuisine.
