PART DESIGN

• The ECS Tuning Carbon Fiber Bumper Flares and Foglight Trim Overlays are made of authentic, hand laid carbon fiber material with pre-impregnated carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin and finished in a beautiful gloss clear coat for UV-protection and extra durability

• Carbon Fiber Bumper Flares amplify the shape of the OEM fog light surround trim for aggressive styling 

• Carbon Fiber Fog Light Trim Overlays add a touch of premium carbon fiber to the factory fog light trim

• Both parts apply directly to the front-end using the pre-applied heavy duty 3M adhesive tape to accentuate the area around the fog lights and fog light trim

• Precision machined metal tooling for dimensional accuracy and consistency. Quality inspected by our in-house Research and Development Team.

• This is for QTY 1 set of front Bumper Grille Flares (1 left and 1 right) and QTY 1 set of front Foglight Trim Overlays (Left and Right side, upper and lower- 4 pieces). **All other products are shown for reference and are available separately. Please reference green-highlighted image showing the parts that are included.**

 

 

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Our ECS Carbon Fiber Bumper Flares and Foglight Trim Overlays were designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

• Installation is very simple and non-permanent. Simply clean the impacted area and apply the parts directly to the front bumper trim using the pre-applied adhesive tape.
