The Nakiri is a Japanese vegetable knife with a thin blade, perfect for delicate and precise cuts.

This double-edged knife is made of high-carbon steel and offers excellent sharpness. Although it is an unused stored item, sharpening has been performed to restore its edge, making it ready for immediate use. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "登録" (Registered) and "小判桜" (Kobanzakura). The handle retains its original seal, and while it originally came in a box, the box was damaged, so it is sold as the knife alone. Minor storage and sharpening marks may be present.
