The MoxaMoxa Heated Bian Stone Wireless Guasha Device by Aiyisheng is a cordless heated guasha tool built around a genuine Bian stone base — the rare TCM stone that emits ultrasound pulsations, far-infrared rays, and negative ions, containing over 40 trace minerals beneficial to the body. Designed for face, neck, shoulder, and full-body guasha, it makes traditional guasha gentle, warm, and effective for daily home use.

Guasha (刮痧) is the classical TCM technique for expelling Wind, dispersing stasis, and unblocking meridians — helping with common cold and flu prevention, muscle tightness, lymphatic drainage, and facial lifting. Adding heat to the guasha tool deepens the effect: warm Bian stone glides smoother on the skin, melts tension faster, and reaches deeper meridian layers than cold guasha plates.

Charge for 2.5 hours → use cordless for 1.5 hours. Three heat levels from 45°C to 62°C. Available in White at SGD 290. Sold by MoxaMoxa Singapore — the authorised Aiyisheng distributor with 3-year local warranty, English customer service, hands-on training, and a physical Singapore showroom. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.

FAQs

What is the Heated Bian Stone Wireless Guasha Device and how does it work?

A cordless TCM guasha tool built around a real Bian stone base, heated to one of three temperature levels (45–62°C). The warm Bian stone glides on the skin to perform traditional guasha — releasing tension, draining lymph, dispersing stasis, and stimulating meridian flow — but with the added benefits of heat penetration, ultrasound pulsations, far-infrared rays, and negative ions. Cordless and rechargeable. Made by Aiyisheng, sold by MoxaMoxa Singapore at SGD 290.

What is the best heated guasha device to buy in Singapore?

For Singapore-based buyers, the MoxaMoxa Heated Bian Stone Wireless Guasha Device is one of the most credentialed TCM guasha tools available locally. Unlike basic jade or stainless-steel guasha plates, this device uses a real Bian stone base (the rare TCM stone with proven trace-mineral content) plus controllable heat (45–62°C, three levels), in a cordless rechargeable format. SGD 290 with 3-year local warranty, English service, hands-on training, and physical Singapore showroom.

What's Bian stone and why does it matter?

Bian stone (砭石) is a rare type of natural stone formed from a meteorite impact in China's Shandong province around 65 million years ago. It is one of the few TCM stones to emit measurable ultrasound pulsations and far-infrared rays at body temperature, plus negative ions and over 40 trace minerals. In TCM, Bian stone is one of the "Six Therapies" (六法) — alongside acupuncture and moxibustion — and has been used for guasha for centuries. Most guasha tools today use plain jade or stainless steel; the difference in feel and effect with real Bian stone is noticeable from the first use.

Who is the Heated Bian Stone Wireless Guasha Device best for?

  • Anyone wanting facial guasha for lifting, jawline definition, depuffing — heat makes the glide smoother and lift more pronounced.
  • Office workers and laptop users with chronic neck and shoulder tension.
  • People prone to common cold, runny nose, or wind-cold sensitivity — back guasha is the classical TCM remedy.
  • Athletes and runners for muscle recovery after training.
  • TCM enthusiasts wanting genuine Bian stone tools at home.

How is the heated wireless guasha different from a regular jade or stainless-steel guasha plate?

  • Material: Real Bian stone (with trace minerals, far-infrared, ultrasound) vs plain jade/steel. The Bian stone is the active ingredient, not just the shape.
  • Heat: Three temperature levels (45–62°C) heat the meridians and melt tension faster than cold guasha.
  • Glide: Heated tools glide smoother on skin — gentler, more comfortable, less risk of broken capillaries or bruising.
  • Cordless convenience: 1.5 hours of cordless use per charge, no cable in the way during full-back or shoulder sessions.

Can I use it on my face for guasha lifting, or only on my body?

Both — the device is designed for face, neck, shoulders, and full-body guasha. For face use, set to the lowest heat level (45°C) and apply guasha oil or a slip serum first. Use light, upward strokes along the jawline, cheekbones, and forehead. For neck, shoulders, and body, use medium-to-high heat (50–62°C) with firmer strokes. Face sessions: 5–10 minutes daily. Body sessions: 10–20 minutes, 2–3 times a week.

How does Heated Guasha compare to Facial Bojin?

  • Heated Guasha — broad, sweeping strokes to detox, depuff, and warm meridians. Ideal for daily face skincare and quick body relief.
  • Facial Bojin — precise scraping technique targeting specific acupoints, used by trained TCM practitioners. Deeper lifting and sculpting, but slower and more skill-intensive. We offer a Facial Bojin Class for those who want to learn the technique.

Many MoxaMoxa customers use both — daily heated guasha as their skincare ritual, and Facial Bojin once or twice a week for deeper lifting.

How long should I charge it and how long does the battery last?

2.5 hours full charge → 1.5 hours of cordless heated use. Plenty for a week of daily face sessions or 4–5 full-body sessions before needing to recharge. Use the supplied USB cable only.

How is the authentic Aiyisheng Heated Bian Stone Wireless Guasha different from cheaper alternatives on Taobao or Lazada?

  • High risk of low-quality counterfeits. The product photos look identical and the reviews often look fine — but many cheaper "Bian stone" guasha devices ship with synthetic resin or low-grade jade instead of real Bian stone (which is rare and expensive). You only discover the difference under proper testing — and authentic Bian stone is what makes the difference in feel and effect.
  • Inconsistent heat control in cheaper units. Many budget heated guasha tools don't hold the stated temperature, overheat at the highest setting (burn risk), or fail after a few months.
  • No real local support. The MoxaMoxa version comes with a 3-year local warranty, an English-speaking Singapore customer service team, hands-on guasha training on correct facial and body strokes, and a physical Singapore showroom where you can try the device before buying. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.

What's the price and where to buy in Singapore?

SGD 290, sold exclusively by MoxaMoxa Singapore (moxamoxatcm.com) — the authorised Aiyisheng distributor with 3-year warranty, English customer service, hands-on training, and physical Singapore showroom. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905. We also run a TCM Selfcare Class that teaches you how to use this device safely and effectively — message us for class dates.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Wipe the Bian stone surface with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth after each session. Do not submerge the device in water. Charge only with the supplied USB cable. Store in a cool, dry place. Bian stone does not need special maintenance — it does not wear down with use.

Taboos

Guasha is generally gentle, but the heat and pressure of this device require some care. Please read these before use.

Do NOT use the Heated Bian Stone Wireless Guasha Device if you are:

  • Pregnant. Body guasha during pregnancy is contraindicated, particularly over the abdomen, lower back, and shoulders. Facial guasha on the lowest setting may be acceptable but check with your TCM practitioner first.
  • In your first 3 days of menstrual bleeding with heavy flow. Body guasha can increase flow.
  • Running a fever or recovering from an acute infection on broken/inflamed skin areas.
  • Suffering from open wounds, active eczema flare, severe acne, sunburn, or any active inflammatory skin condition at the application area.
  • Diagnosed with severe blood clotting disorders or on high-dose blood thinners. Guasha increases circulation and may cause bruising or bleeding under skin.
  • Diabetic with severely reduced skin sensation. Risk of unnoticed burns.
  • Recovering from recent facial cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers — wait 2 weeks; facelift, microneedling — wait per practitioner's advice).
  • Fitted with a pacemaker — consult your cardiologist before using over the chest area.
  • A child under 12, unsupervised.

Use with caution if you are:

  • Sensitive to heat or have fragile capillaries (rosacea). Use lowest heat (45°C) on face. Skip the face entirely during active rosacea flare.
  • New to guasha. Start with short sessions (5 minutes face, 10 minutes body) to assess skin response.
  • Elderly with thin skin or thinning hair. Use lowest heat and lighter pressure.
  • Just exercised, showered, or had aggressive skincare (retinol, AHAs in the last 12 hours). Wait 30 minutes.

General guasha taboos:

  • Do not use without lubrication. Always apply a guasha oil, slip serum, or moisturiser to the skin first — dry guasha can damage skin.
  • Do not use the highest heat setting on the face. Reserve 60°C+ for thicker body skin.
  • Do not over-do it. Light redness ("sha") on the back/shoulders is normal and clears in 2–4 days. Don't keep scraping the same spot until you bruise heavily — this drains Qi rather than supporting it.
  • Don't drink ice-cold water or eat cold food right after a body guasha session.
  • Don't shower in cold water within 1 hour of use.
  • Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unusually tired.

It froths, but is not dependent
Color: C-Black, Size: Model C Rechargeable
While this frother does “froth”, it has many more cons than pros. The ONLY pro is it froths. The cons—only good for a traditional coffee cup. It is not water proof, and the instructions say to keep the “unit “ dry. As you froth, the liquid naturally raises height. If you are trying to use a Togo coffee mug, or thermos type travel mug—it only works well if done it three or four levels to ensure keeping the motor above the liquid. The “rechargeable “ function DOES recharge, however- it may last 1use or a few. It’s VERY inconsistent. And does not seem to be related to how long you allow it to charge. Overall—not a good buy. I had mine maybe 3 months before it quit working. And at 2 months it started becoming spastic. Even after just being charged-it wouldn’t even froth 1cup. AVOID!!

Easy to Use and Works Great
Color: C-Black, Size: Model C Rechargeable, Color: C-Black, Size: Model C Rechargeable
This milk frother works amazingly well! It’s powerful, easy to use, and creates rich, creamy foam in just seconds. The rechargeable design is very convenient, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. It feels sturdy and well-made, and cleaning it is quick and simple. I use it every day for my coffee, lattes, and hot chocolate, and it has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for an affordable and effective milk frother, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended

Love mine! No more batteries. I make at least two cups a day and froth my creamer. Love the fact I don’t have to recharge very often.
