Upgrading to a high pressure 1. 6 bar, 1. 8 bar or 2. 1 bar from the stock radiator cap is the simplest and least expensive way to avoid over boiling your engine. Raising your cooling systems maximum operating pressure increases your coolants boiling point, allowing you to ride harder and longer. Old and faulty radiator caps

PRESSURE OPTIONS-

• 1.1 Bar is the typical stock replacement for a Japanese model.
• 1.6 Bar is a small pressure upgrade to help prevent boiling over in standard to moderate conditions. Upgrade hose clamps and check regularly, Spring clamp style NOT acceptable. This is also our recommended cap when using Evans Coolant.
• 1.8 Bar is a moderate pressure upgrade. It can help prevent boil over in moderate to harsh conditions. Upgrade hose clamps and check regularly, Spring clamp style NOT acceptable.
• 2.1 Bar is a major pressure upgrade, almost double the standard cap. It can help prevent boil over under severe conditions. Upgrade hose clamps and check regularly, Spring clamp style NOT acceptable.
