Gags are fully adjustable to fit everyone. Sizes are as follows: The largest size is meant to fit 19" and the smallest hole is at 15" Please message me for a more custom fit. I can take away material or add holes as needed.

If you are unsure of your size you can measure with a fabric measuring tape or a string and ruler. Start in the middle of your mouth and wrap string or measuring tape around your the back of your neck back to the front where the start of the string or measuring tape is. Measure string against ruler.

Finally, a Spice Rack That Fixes the Real Problem—Access Without the Hassle

I am pleasantly surprised at how handy this spice rack is!! This iSPECLE pull-out spice rack does that others rarely deliver... makes your daily routine just that much easier. The biggest win here is access. No longer having to rummage through a messy cabinet or knock over jars to retrieve whatever you’re looking for. With everything just sliding out and coming up right in front of you. The idea is simple, but it creates a difference. There's your strong point here: the no-drill, peel-and-stick installation. It’s simple and time-saving, which is something. That being said, it still needs to be installed correctly. Use a clean surface, pressure, and time to set. Do that, and it holds well. Overlook that step, and you’ll be blaming the product when it’s all set up for you. The adjustable height is practical, especially if you’re working with a mix of 4oz and 8oz spice jars. It’s not flashy, but it offers a solution to the same annoying problem: trying to cram mismatched containers into a rigid system. What impresses me the most is that it provides some order rather than making things ever murkier. It’s not looking to reinvent your kitchen. It takes a common frustration (buried spices in dark cabinets) and makes it neat and clean for practicality's sake. Bottom line: If your cabinet seems like a black hole of spices, this is an easy, straightforward solution. Not anything fancy, just smart design and it works!

Be Mindful Of The Height

So this spice rack is amazing, if you know what you're getting. I have had a similar one in the past that was just one level. It was great and made organization easy. This being two levels tall means you have to take that into account because it's going to change the shelve layout in your spice cabinet. It wasn't a problem for me and still ended up being a net positive for making the most out of the space, but my friend bought the same ones and ended up sending them back because they wouldn't fit into his smaller cabinet. If you are aware of that going in and know it's going to work for you, they are amazing. They slide smoothly, they hold a ton, and make getting to the items in the back infinitely better. Decent price for such a huge quality of life improvement for my kitchen.

Didn't entirely save me from the mess, but it got close!

I set these up in my little mini pantry that is admittedly a bit of a mess before AND after, but now it's an organized mess that I can navigate with a bit more ease.
