Every Child Matters Hockey Stick - IntermediateEarlier this year, Sports Excellence received a unique opportunity to create a commemorative hockey stick to honor the survivors of Canadian residential schools. The ECM (Every Child Matters) hockey stick features meaningful symbols representing the struggles, pain, and hope of these survivors. Sports Excellence is thrilled to support this awareness campaign and will donate proceeds from each hockey stick sold to selected charities for this inaugural
Earlier this year, Sports Excellence received a unique opportunity to create a commemorative hockey stick to honor the survivors of Canadian residential schools. The ECM (Every Child Matters) hockey stick features meaningful symbols representing the struggles, pain, and hope of these survivors. Sports Excellence is thrilled to support this awareness campaign and will donate proceeds from each hockey stick sold to selected charities for this inaugural launch. For each Senior and Intermediate stick sold, $20 will be donated, and $15 for Junior sticks. These donations will be divided among the Orange Shirt Society (a non-profit organization), The National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (charity # 11926-0669-RR0001), and The United Way (charity # 11927 6509 RR0001). We are looking forward to a successful hockey season and campaign.
