This Kitchen Knife set is stock removal from 1095 steel with a hollow grind, polished finish and full tang. They are comfortable in the hand, lending themselves to be used with versatility in the kitchen. The measurements are - Large Knife: 1 11/16 inches wide, 8 inch blade and 12 5/8 inches overall. Medium knife: is 1 1/2 inches wide, 6 1/2 inch blade and 10 1/2 inches overall. Small knife: 1 1/4 inches wide, 4 5/8 inch blade and 8 5/8 inches overall All are 1/8" thick right in front of the handle. The handles are assembled with light blue and silver swirl resin scales. The set also includes a wooden handled ceramic honing rod to maintain a proper cutting edge. Full tang. 1095 steel. Stock removal.

It comes with a leather knife roll made by the maker.
