Constructed for durability and longevity, the clubhouse is built with superior grade 12mm finish Shiplap Cladding and reinforced with 28x44mm finish rounded four corner framing. This robust construction is complemented by a factory treated weather-resistant basecoat preservative, and the heavy-duty black mineral felt covering on the roof ensures protection from the elements.
The playhouse features a 2ft veranda play area, available as an optional extra, enhancing the play experience. Assembly of this 2 Storey Wooden Playhouse is straightforward with the provided instructions, and it requires a firm and level base. It is recommended to treat the playhouse shortly after assembly and annually thereafter with a high-quality preservative. All glazing units should be sealed with silicone or another water-tight sealant for extra durability.
